For FedEx delivery, you would need to be available at the shipping address since FedEx delivers to your door.
Once you have confirmed an order with us via the e-mail. Mail a check to Suttle Fish Farm, 16 Shorty Smith Road, Laurel, Mississippi 39443. Sorry we do not accept credit cards, we do accept personal / business checks or money orders. When we receive the check, we will e-mail you that we have your check and we will collaborate with you the desired shipping date. Our preferred shipping dates through FedEx is on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday or Thursday. You would need to be available to receive by FedEx the next day of our shipping. We ship priority overnight for a.m. delivery. When we ship out we will e-mail you a tracking number. Nothing will be shipped without you having the tracking number by e-mail in advance and it will be an agreed on shipping date so that we know you are there to receive the fish and get them into the pond as soon as fedex delilvers.
Our fish are boxed for shipping in an insulted styrofoam box inside of a cardboard box. The fish are in a bag of water pressurized with pure oxygen. Instructions are sent on how to put the fish in your pond. We guarantee fish only NOT SHIPPING COSTS. You need to report immediately to fedex 800-463-3339 and us any visable damage to the box upon receipt of it. We ship priority overnight only so if your fish are not received by 10:30 a.m. then you also need to report to fedex and to us. Fish with a delivery time after that cannot be guaranteed.
